Culvert:  Clerk Jo Ann spoke to Chris Morris of St. Louis County via telephone regarding the proposed culvert to be constructed on Gold Coast Road this fall.  Mr. Morris said he had met with the Tufte’s to finalize easement work and that everything was on track for construction to begin after Labor Day.  They plan to complete all work this fall with the exception of the turf, which will be completed in the spring.  He would try to draft a letter to that effect.  No letter has been received to date.
